If you have an urgent issue or are unable to find a time that suits your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to your desired location at 289-297-7928 x1 - Port Credit, x2 - Burlington, or x3 - Junction and we will do our best to find you at spot!

If you are coming to our Junction location, please enter through the door under “Treasury Medical Centre”, where you will see signs leading you down the left hall to the back of the facility where we are situated!

Important Booking Information

All new injuries or patients who have not been seen in 3 months will require an Initial Assessment. Nonobservance may result in a change to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive proper notice or an appointment is missed entirely, you will be subject to our cancellation fee and will be charged 50% of their appointment fee. This must be processed prior to the booking of your next appointment. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance!

We ask that if you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, that you kindly contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment.

Our RMTs are valued members of the SWAT Health interdisciplinary team. Massage therapy is very often an effective adjunct to other treatments such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, or exercises programs and can work synergistically to speed up the effects of other forms of therapy.


Athletic Therapy

Darcy has always been passionate about training, nutrition and overall fitness. Born and raised in Mississauga, he played a number of competitive sports including baseball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling and football. He attended Saint Mary’s University on a football scholarship and was drafted 6th overall in the 2009 CFL draft. After playing a combined 5 seasons with The Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Edmonton Eskimos, his career was unfortunately cut short by a career ending shoulder surgery.

Darcy has nearly a decade of training experience and uses a unique and integrated approach to personal training that consists of strength and rehabilitation sciences. He has worked with athletes in the NHL, NBA, NFL, CFL, OHL, NCAA and U Sports. Intrigued at a very young age, Alec has always had a curious mind for human moment. From small nuances to how humans walk, to complex scales of cognitive, associative, and autonomous function during high performance tasks. Pair that curious mind with an able body, Alec was immersed with sports since he was 11 years old ranging from basketball, football, shot-put, javelin, discus, boxing etc. This created a recipe to not only push Alec to understand how we perform, but bring the practical side on why we perform certain actions over the other.

Brian Fonseca brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the fitness and performance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rochester College, a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber. In addition to his academic achievements, Brian is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Precision Nutrition. He is currently pursuing his R.Kin designation to become a Registered Kinesiologist. With a strong athletic background, including playing hockey at a high level from minor to college leagues, Brian understands the demands of competitive sports and incorporates this insight into his training methods. His professional experience includes working with elite hockey and soccer players from the minor levels to the pro levels. Brian has also excelled in group fitness, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and personal training for the general population. Laura Gelowitz

Laura graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she received a bachelor’s degree in honours Kinesiology from McMaster University. During her time at McMaster, Laura was a member of the Women’s Hockey team; served as a student strength and conditioning coach for the Men’s and Women’s Varsity Soccer teams; and was a student therapist for the Men’s Football team.

Laura takes an active patient-centered approach to therapy that combines individualized exercise prescription, manual therapy, acupuncture and education to help her patients achieve their goals and return to their meaningful life activities.

His original vision of SWAT stemmed from the belief that healthcare begins when we empower patients to understand balance in their body. As a chiropractor, Dr. Dave believes in finding the root cause of dysfunction of pain and treating with movement-based solutions.

Dr. Sarah Hampton is a strong believer in functional well-being, injury prevention and healthcare tailored to the unique demands, goals and abilities of each individual patient. Dr. Sarah believes that for healthcare to be successful, patients must feel empowered and supported, through meaningful patient education and communication.
