We have 4 locations across the GTA so be sure to check which location you are booking for! If you have an urgent issue or are unable to find a time that suits your needs, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to your desired location at 289-297-7928 x1 - Port Credit, x2 - Burlington, x3 - Junction, or x4 - Oakville and we will do our best to find you at spot!
If you are coming to our Junction location, please enter through the door under “Treasury Medical Centre”, where you will see signs leading you down the left hall to the back of the facility where we are situated!
Important Booking Information
All new injuries or patients who have not been seen in 3 months will require an Initial Assessment. Nonobservance may result in a change to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive proper notice or an appointment is missed entirely, you will be subject to our $60 cancellation fee which must be processed prior to the booking of your next appointment. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance!
We ask that if you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, that you kindly contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment.
