All new injuries or patients who have not been seen in 3 months will require an Initial Assessment. Nonobservance may result in a change to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive proper notice or an appointment is missed entirely, you will be subject to our cancellation fee and will be charged 50% of their appointment fee. This must be processed prior to the booking of your next appointment. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours in advance!

We ask that if you are not feeling well or are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms, that you kindly contact us to reschedule your upcoming appointment.

This massage therapy experience blends therapeutic hands-on techniques with movement-focused strategies to help you feel and function your best. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, combining methods such as Swedish massage to boost circulation, trigger point therapy and deep tissue work to relieve tension and chronic discomfort, and joint mobilization to enhance mobility. Targeted stretching, myofascial release, and corrective exercises further support posture, strength, and overall function — helping to alleviate pain, improve movement, and optimize recovery and performance.

*Depending on your treatment needs, sessions may involve hands-on therapy with sheet draping or active movement-based work with comfortable clothing such as shorts and a sports bra or tank top. To help you get the most out of your visit, we suggest bringing comfortable clothing so you’re ready for whichever approach will best support your goals

With an extensive background in strength and conditioning , Richard has worked with athletes and everyday movers, later expanding into academia—teaching biomechanics, physical assessment, and program design at the University of Toronto while conducting research in their biomechanics lab. His deep-rooted focus on movement made the transition to massage therapy a natural step, and since 2022, He has applied his expertise to rehabilitation, recovery, injury prevention, and longevity. He has also worked with clinics to organize and host workshops, training sessions, and seminars on manual therapy techniques, posture assessment, and movement evaluation.

Richard’s client-centered approach blends evidence-based techniques with personalized movement assessments tailored to sport- and life-specific needs. Specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, he integrates active techniques such as fascial stretch therapy, active release therapy, and cupping to enhance treatment outcomes. Each session is refined through thorough assessments, ensuring targeted care while educating clients on the rationale behind their treatment.
